- What's your MOQ?
- Our MOQ is 100pcs. Also, we do accept less quantity at the beginning of our cooperation so that you can test our products before normal order.

- Normally, we have carton and foam for packaging. If you have any other special requirements, please feel free to contact with us.
- How about the delivery time?
- In general, the leading time is around 25 to 35 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us as different products and different quantity will have different leading time.

- For faucets, we have 3-5 years quality guarantee. If any quality problems arise from our side, we will do the replacement.
- How to get a sample?
- Sample order is acceptable. Please contact with us and confirm which sample do you need.
- Can you produce according to customers' design?
- Sure, we have our own professional team to support you. We welcome OEM and ODM.
- What payment methods can we choose for orders?
- We mainly accept T/T and sight L/C. A 30% T/T deposit is required to arrange mass production, and the remaining 70% payment is settled against the copy of bill of lading. More flexible payment terms are negotiable for our long-term stable partners.
